PROJECT ENERGY CITY SALE PROCESS
ERCOT WEST 200 MW BESS

Fractal Advisory, on behalf of our client American Wind and Solar, is pleased to invite qualified buyers to participate in the Energy City sale process (the “Process”). This project features a standalone 200 MW / 400 MWh BESS located in Midland County, Texas (ERCOT West Zone) with a target COD of Q4 2027. Interconnection studies are complete, and the interconnection agreement is ready for signature. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
