ERCOT SOUTH AC COUPLED PV+S

Fractal, representing our client EIA Properties, Ltd., invites reputable buyers to participate in the Anawa La sale process (the “Process”). This  project consists of an AC-Coupled 93.3 MWac Solar PV + 103.7 MW / 207.4 MWh BESS project located in Hidalgo County located in the South Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q2 2027. The site is datacenter-ready, with access to multiple fiber lines, natural gas lines, and secured IAs for onsite generation and storage. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
