ERCOT SOUTH 203 MW BESS WITH PV OPTION

Fractal, representing our client Highfield Energy Services Limited, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Trelas sale process (the “Process”). This project consists of a standalone 203.0 MW / 406.0 MWh BESS project located in McCulloch County, South Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q1 2028. The project abuts a datacenter and has optionality on over 500 acres of PV. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
