Fractal, representing our client Golden Grid, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Knapp process (the “Process”). This standalone project consists of a 9.95 MWac, 2-hour BESS located in the ERCOT West Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date of NOVEMBER 2025. Golden Grid has developed a standalone 9.9MW / 2-hour BESS project in Scurry County, Texas. The project is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and has a nodal volatility in the TOP 4% of ERCOT. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
