ERCOT HOUSTON DG BESS
Fractal, representing our client Birch Creek Development, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Epoque process (the “Process”). This standalone project consists of a 9.9 MWac, 2-hour Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in the Houston Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q3 2027. The project has an executed SGIA and has already paid for the interconnection upgrade.
Buyers prepared to submit a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) may request the process letter and access to the Virtual Data Room (VDR) by contacting Sean Bruno at sean@fractalba.com.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
