Fractal, representing our client Skylar Capital Management, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Damon process (the “Process”). This standalone project consists of a 9.95 MWac, 2-hour BESS located in the ERCOT Houston Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date of Q3 2026. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
