Fractal, representing our client Escondido Draw Resources, LLC, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Black Bear sale process (the “Process”). This project consists of an AC-Coupled 102.9 MWac PV + 51.2 MW / 102.4 MWh BESS project located in Crocket County located in the South Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q2 2028. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
