ERCOT SOUTH ZONE BESS PROJECT
Fractal Advisory, on behalf of our client BESS Power Corporation, is pleased to invite qualified buyers to participate in the Project Lund sale process (the “Process”). This project features a standalone 407.5 MWac, 2-hour Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Travis County, in the South Load Zone, in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), with an anticipated In-Service Date of Q2 2027. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

THE NBO DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MAY 2ND, 2025, AT 5 P.M. CT.
Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
