NYISO ZONE E BESS PROJECT

Fractal Advisory, on behalf of our client YSG Community Solar LLC, is pleased to invite qualified buyers to participate in the Project Commodore sale process (the “Process”). This project features a 195.0 MWac / 780 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Oneida County, New York, Zone E, in the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), with an anticipated In-Service Date of Q4 2028. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Buyers prepared to submit a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) may request the process letter and access to the Virtual Data Room (VDR) by contacting Sean Bruno at sean@fractaladvisory.com.

THE NBO DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JUNE 13TH, 2025, AT 5 P.M. ET. 

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
