Preventative Maintenance

Annual Onsite Inspections and Preventative Maintenance (required and scheduled) on the following equipment:

Required and scheduled maintenance:

Corrective Maintenance

  • Provide detailed summaries of all maintenance items performed during annual maintenance visit for all equipment as described in the applicable O&M manuals.

Enclosure

  • Inspect and condition door seals and verify integrity
  • Inspect for roof damage
  • Inspect for signs of leaks or water damage
  • Inspect the exterior of the container to verify calk, paint and surface

HVAC

  • Clean to remove soiling by vacuuming
  • Clean housing
  • Clean of dust and debris
  • Check and clean the primary and secondary condensate drains

Fire Suppression

  • Inspect panel, tank, connectors, and piping
  • Check tank pressure
  • Certify the fire suppression system (if required by local fire department)

IT Hardware

  • Visually inspect cables, cable connections and general integrity and cleanliness

Battery

  • Check and calibrate the temperature sensor
  • Check and calibrate the humidity sensor
  • Check information logged by EMS
  • Visual inspection of the battery room for leakage and condensation; check battery connections and torques
