ERCOT WEST STANDALONE 50MW BESS
Fractal, representing our client DART Energy Storage LLC, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Maple sale process (the “Process”). This project consists of a standalone 50.0 MW / 100.0 MWh BESS project located in Taylor County, West Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q4 2028.
Buyers prepared to submit a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) may request the process letter and access to the Virtual Data Room (VDR) by contacting Sean Bruno at sean@fractalba.com.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
