The Process features a portfolio of two (2) SAFE-HARBORED (40% ITC) AC-Coupled PV + BESS projects located in ERCOT South (target COD 2029). Indigo is 390 MWdc / 300 MWac PV + 250 MW / 500 MWh. Allthorn is 299 MWdc / 230 MWac PV + 200 MW / 400 MWh. The sites have draft SGIAs for onsite generation and storage (execution pending). This is a limited time sale process.
